I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in a historical building. The gardens were beautifully maintained and added to the charm of the place. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a self-sustaining stay. The host was warm, friendly, and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was great, with a small market and bakery nearby and just a short walk to the boat that took me to the Old Town. The wifi and TV were also a plus, especially for keeping the kids entertained. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience.

it was great in general: huge room, unbeatable location next to the sea organ and all attractions are located, the nearest shop and a rowing boat ferry-much more elegant and interesting. did not want to leave, i had a very very good time and would happily return.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and floral patterns reminded me of my younger days. The hotel's general areas were very clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb and the corridors were wide enough for me to navigate easily with my walker. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff could be a little more attentive. Sometimes, I had to wait a bit longer for assistance or for someone to answer my questions.

Villa Ida offers a convenient connection to the old town of Zadar, with a quick 3, minute boat ride to all attractions and restaurants. the parking is located next to the rooms, making it easy to carry luggage in and out. the building itself has interesting Italian architecture from 1899, and the apartments inside are fully renovated and modern. the cleanliness is impeccable, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. the location is perfect, just a 10, minute easy walk to the old town, and there is a supermarket nearby for groceries. the air, conditioning and secure onsite parking are valuable extras.
The host, Anna, was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming villa in Zadar. The house was equipped with everything we needed, from a dishwasher to a spacious oven. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, although a bit far from the city center, but still within walking distance. We especially loved the shared garden and the beautiful view of the marina across the water. Ana, who showed us the property, was lovely and provided us with great advice on exploring Zadar. we highly recommend this villa for a delightful stay in Zadar.

Loved the cozy apartment with a fireplace, perfect for roasting marshmallows after a long day of exploring. The green garden with free barbecue facilities made for a delightful evening meal.
Oh, such a shame the air-conditioning didn't come with a personal masseuse.

I recently stayed at Apartments Villa Ida for a week in Zadar. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the old town using the boat taxi, which was a special and convenient experience. The house itself is a beautiful 117-year-old Croatian building, but the interior is modern and well-maintained. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Ana, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The private parking inside the garden was also a plus.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
